FAQ

Q?

Are there restrooms aboard?

A.

Yes. All of our boats have comfortable, clean heads (Bathrooms) as well as running water. The Betelguese III has a porta potty if necessary.

Q?

Is there a shaded area to sit?

A.

Yes. All of our boats have shaded cockpit seating for at least 6 people. Should you wish to catch some rays, feel free to go up on deck, just don’t forget your sunscreen!!

Q?

What should we bring?

A.

You may bring any food or beverages that you would like, however we ask that you bring plastic glasses for your beverages. Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, comfortable clothing and white soled shoes are also recommended. Although we make every effort to sail only in ideal weather, we do occasionally get caught in a rain shower. A wind breaker or rain parka is recommended just in case, especially in the summer months. BRING A CAMERA TOO!

Q?

Can we take the wheel?

A.

Of course!! Once we clear the dock, and depending on boat traffic you are more than welcome to do as much as you would like to assist in the operation of the boat. All of our captains are more than capable to sail the boats single handed, so you may also just kick back and enjoy your cruise.

Q?

What will we see on our cruise?

A.

We start off all of our cruises motoring down the Gordon River through the prestigious houses of Port Royal. We usually see Dolphins, Pelicans, Bald Eagles, Ospreys, as well as the occasional manatee or sea turtle.

A.

You may pay with cash, check, or all major credit cards when we return to the dock at the end of your trip.
